[SPARCBook] How to blank out screen?

Hey everyone;
I've got a SPARCbook 3GX running Solaris 2.6. I rarely use it for
portable
purposes; normally it sits on my desk and acts as an X-Server/DNS
Server/File
Server (I've got a 10 gig hard drive in it >:-) ) for all the other
workstations.
As such, the screen goes for very extended periods (IE months) without
the
screen being used except for the occasional console message ...
This can't be good for the screen. After a fresh boot, the screen will
automagically
blank a few times, but it stops blanking after a few days. Is there any
way for me
to keep it totally BLANK unless I'm doing something to it, other than
running X
with a black background (or X-Lock in the "Blank" setting)? Because the
screen,
while black, is still active and glows and stuff, even if it's only
black.
Thanks a lot!
Steve
