My apologies for speaking carelessly.  The sun site confirms your
statement.  The page also states that the license in non-transferrable.

So, I wonder if any Solaris 2.6 license WAS transferrable, and if not,
how one who has never purchased a Sol 2.6 CD might go about legally
using it now.
