[SPARCbook] Tadpole service experiences?

Yeah...  Tadpole-RDI sucks.  They're realy not interested in supporting
personal SPARCbooks.

Send it to the UK.  They're nice there.  I was even able to call them
for information on my SPARCbook 2.
