Still muddling along on this, I haven't quite figured out how the
drivers/video sbus stuff is supposed to behave, so I'm not sure what I'm
supposed to be doing; There's a totally wrong in terms of the mmap stuff
driver in the 2.3 CVS tree on vger now though.

Also, a mouse patch has been integrated into the CVS tree, different than
that I posted, such that no gpm patch is required.
