[SPARCbook] AUI and audio

Working under the assumption these work like a Sparc LX, which given that
they use the same cabling and have the same audio hardware, is likely the
case:
getting an AUI cable that doesn't additionally split off audio is not
fatal for audio. The onboard audio is "disabled" only in the presense of
a SpeakerBox attached to the AUI/audio port or a cable off of it; The
audio driver then talks to the mmcodec in the Speakerbox instead of the
onboard one. 

There's a good chunk of a Linux driver for the dbri audio and isdn (which
was written by Rudolf Koenig and Brent Baccala) which may not work with a
speakerbox at all yet.
