[rescue] Mr Bill has passed

Mr. Bill will be missed, he was a good friend to all and a force for good in
all his activities.

I was crushed to hear of his passing, updates on his recent condition gave me
hope, sadly, now he's gone too soon.

I am happy to hear his work on SunHelp/Geeks/etc will live on - as a Texas
resident, if hands are needed to help settle his affairs, I'm more than happy
to make the drive.
