As I said, I donbt do that since switching, but here is how you would do
it:
Ctrl + A, then b:b then 'exec !! sx yourbinary.binb where sx could also
be kermit or sz, etc.
If you need that often, it starts to seem like screen may not be worth it.
Screen does
have some macro functionality, but I donbt know if it will cover this.
