True, this is easier.  In my case, linux machines weren't available at
the time, so I just did the machines one by one.  We installed IRIX
6.5.22 on a bunch of octanes over a period of a couple hours one
evening.  I think I had 2 CD-ROM drives that would work at the time,
so there was a little bit of parallelism, but not much.

you'd think it was multiple hours per machine.
