[rescue] Technico TEC-9900-SS

Hi all

I picked up this board a Technico TEC-9900-SS - a few years back. Anyone know
anything about it? What can it run? I can find very little online except the
following classic computing sales image and information about TI-99/4A's that
use the same CPU.
