I think that is maximum, not typical?

If so, the V240s at least are much quieter after initial power up, and
their spec says 7.3 bel.

I wouldn't want to work next to any of them, but the V240 is fine if
it is in another room, so I'd guess the same would be true of a V245.

The V210s, OTOH, are too loud to live in the same house as me.
