You can fit 3 in a rack.

The rack kit is a ~2U tall tray on rails that the server sits in, with some
screw holes to screw into the sides (and perhaps back?) of the V880.  I
helped rack a bunch of them in about 2002-2003.

You don't really need the stabilizer feet extended on the rack (it's been a
long time since I've seen stabilizer feet anyways) if you take out the PSU
and CPU modules first.  That's about 1/2 the weight of the machine.  I've
racked these by myself before.  For the bottom system, I didn't really ever
use a lift-cart.  Higher than about a foot off the floor requires a lift
cart or a buddy (after pulling out parts).

Oh, and definitely don't pull out more than one at a time. :)
