[rescue] Laserjet 4 Plus

For those outside Fred's area I have several HP printers to shed - all with
toner, all working fine.

>From memory I have an HP 4, 2100, a couple more recent monochrome HP lasers,
and a monster HP 5si mx (looks like a copier, but no scanning option).

I'll be home next week and can provide specifics to anyone interested in the
Trenton, NJ area.
