[rescue] Trying to rescue a Sun Ultra 45

Hi Mouse

The difference is that tants tend to blow their tops and go open circuit,
whereas the electrolytic ones I guess go short or leaky. I have seen a few
bulging top PSU electrolytics in my time, makes knowing which to replace a bit
easier.....
