[rescue] PCMCIA and sbus

This is kind of a holy grail because I remember running an SS20 back
when USB 1.x was all the rage and wanting to try to get some of those
things to work.  I was never able to find a non-PC Card USB PCMCIA
card and this was even 'back in the day' when such a thing may have
been easier to find.
