I just changed one of those.  It's just a CR1225.  I also repaired the read fan over the power supplies too.  

Alas - when I popped in the generic (HP) DDR2 memory I was somewhat miffed that SUNACLE reads the info off the I2C to find out if they are "SUN" memory or not.  

Another reason for me to divorce "Weird Larry"!  Bah!
