[rescue] FTGH: Netra T1 Rack Rails

I have two sets of Netra T1 rack rails (should also fit a v100, but
probably not a Netra X1).  First offer to pay for shipping on one or both
of them (USPS quotes about $20 for priority, $10 for parcel post) from
78710 gets it/them.
