That looks to be the right size for the SPARC patchset but if so it is definitely the Sun version and about (at least) three years old.

First match on Google for "10_recommended.zip" is
http://mirror.cogentco.com/pub/misc/ which seems to have a version of
10. Not sure which arch it is... but there are some other matches up
there too that aren't torrents.
