[rescue] seemingly dead ultra 10

Hi Frank,

Have you tried a serial console yet? I seem to recall some systems where
the console was set to serial and nothing would ever come up on the display
(except maybe a flash when the fb driver loads).

http://www.obsolyte.com/sunFAQ/serial/  has some good info on this. I've
found a quad-head null modem with a pair of gender bender adapters is very
useful on these sorts of systems. (like http://www.pccables.com/02001.html --
I used to buy these locally at Action Surplus in Sunnyvale but now I just
dig through a few boxes in storage and find them :) ).
