I don't doubt that it will physically work, but there are some things to 
worry about:

1. Will a machine that old be able to boot off of such a large disk ? I 
don't remember the precise problems with openboot.

2. SS20s will happily cook themselves to death with many disks.  Is an 
Axil 311's cooling good enough for a 10k U320 ?
