[rescue] looking for RAM for Sun Fire 280R

Sun said that it was not uncommon for memory modules to "wiggle" loose and
need reseating.  I have seen this as a field engineer and a sysadmin.
The systemboard could be bad or failing also.
Hopefully, it was just memory modules in need of reseating.
A memory bank's circuit or slots can also fail.  Not using that particular
memory bank can prolong the life of the server in some cases.
