[rescue] V40z: missing CPU board?

I picked up a sunfire v40z for about what freegeek wanted for the ram; it has a couple of opteron 844s on the mainboard, but the card slot at the front is empty. Should there be some more processors in there ? Looking through the back posts it looks like a processor upgrade would require a bios upgrade too, which is probably not going to happen. So, does have anyone have a spare CPU card lying around. ? ( I have plenty of bitcoins if anyone is interested)
