I just emailed Pete images of the SunOS 4.0.1 floppies and the tool
for making real floppies from the images.
I also have images of the SunOS 4.0.2 upgrade.

I don't have a lot of documentation though.

Maybe Bitsavers could host the docs and floppy/tape images?
