I find that it's very hard to beat a tank compressor for getting a computer
nice and clean. Just make sure you do it outside, since the dust will fly.

I must admit from time to time using my "standard equipment low pressure
intermittent compressed air supply" for cleaning out computers. Just make sure
you get as much saliva out of your mouth as possible first and make sure you
stand up before inhaling.
