For all those asking to be 'scammed on shipping' ;^) might I suggest if you
bought a roundtrip ticket to FL right now, while there are no taxes on
tickets, you could personally pick up everything in his list, put it in
luggage, and resell the bits you don't want to offset travel expenses...

Or whine about it. ;^)
