I have one of these, got it for $5 a couple years ago at a surplus sale, never
had the proper outlet to test it, and I'm a bit gun-shy about pulling the
trigger on buying replacement batteries (a bit expensive, IMHO) - though mine
came with the network management card...

I just don't seem to have the time/inclination to cobble together an
adaptor/outlet...
