[rescue] WTB: Powerbook 3400 RAM & Cardbus USB

My core2duo Macbook took a tumble and at least the hard disk & dvd
appear to be toast. While saving to either repair or replace, I'm
trying to get an old Powerbook 3400 into a usable netbook level toy.
It appears to only have the base 16mb & 1.3gb drive. I did get lucky
and it has a CD drive. I'm also hoping the 30gb IDE Deathstar I have
still works.

I'm interested in finding as cheaply as possible any of the following:
128mb ram expansion (memoryx wants $130. I don't think so :(  )
ADS Technologies cardbus USB card (works with the bottom slot and OS 8)
Expansion bay floppy drive
