I have two Ultra 20s, and I never really thought about the idea of upgrading
them with new CPU/MB until now. I would expect the backplate would be a
consideration, but I don't have one in front of me to examine...

Hmmm, a nice i5 or even i3-based board with the ability to go up to 16 Gigs or
DDR3 RAM could make for a nice desktop in Sun 'dress'...

Also the P/S is kinda small by modern standards, isn't it like 300 Watts?

Anyone here interested in a relatively stock Ultra 20 (1st gen) or two? The
chassis are pretty clean (from home, not work environment). If interested,
drop me a line off list - I'll figure out specs and get right back to you...
