You may be thinking of the VT510 or VT520, which is a typical late-model tube-built-in terminal that takes a PS/2 keyboard (my 510 has an LK411 keyboard).
Or more likely the VT525, which looks like a modern "thin client" and takes a PS/2 keyboard and IIRC any VGA monitor, and supports something like 16 colors. There's a sliding front panel reminiscent of the Multia/UDB if it isn't actually a Universal Desktop Box...
I believe Boundless Technologies may still be selling the VT525, or at least were as of a few years ago.

By contrast, the VT340 is a fairly hefty SIXEL-graphics terminal offered by DEC in the early 90s.
