I know people in Michigan and Ohio who could arrange for good ( <= 
$100/mo ) pricing on colo with 1 Mbit (95th-percentile) bandwidth.

You might also call up a couple of the CLECs (competing phone companies) 
near you and ask them if they provide colo services.
