Turns out I've got a few 256MB sticks too.

My total count is the following:

*    1x    Infineon       600-53 128MB
*    1x    Samsung     711-45 128MB (ECC)
*    2x    Samsung     800-40 256MB
*    3x    Samsung     800-45 128MB
*    1x    Samsung     1066-32P 128MB

They've all been pulled from various old Dells. I know for a fact the 
Dimension 8250 supports the 800-40 sticks that I have.
