Never seen one of those for sale privately, but they must be out there
*somewhere.*  I remember seeing them at the airport (ORD) and in hotel
lobbies.  Early on they had TTY keyboards.  Later, Bell/Ameritech
removed them.  Don't know why.

I have an AT&T "Card Caller" payphone which lacks a keyboard but has a
cool CRT :)
