Unless they've dramatically improved it since Tru64 V.5, no it doesn't.
Oh, it was pretty good in it's day but it didn't have _quite_ the same
level of ease of use as ZFS, lacked some of the features -
checksums, compression, encryption, deduplication. Admittedly it did do
one thing that ZFS currently lacks (and really needs) - removal of
disks from a "storage pool" including migrating all of the data to
other disks in the pool.

It's limits are also looking a little limiting these days.
