I worked for a company (On-Line Software) that was bought out by CA,  
and it was impression that the biggest effort they made in R&D was  
inventing new ways to cash maint. checks and invent new, exciting ways  
to bundle various products together!

I almost never look back fondly on my time at CA, On-Line Software was  
a different story - I heard some of our customers literally cried when  
they learned of the acquisition by CA...
