[rescue] HP-UX 9.05 and IPL error, help?

Yeah, it's not a SCSI problem. Internally, the only thing connected is 
the floppy, and externally, the disk I'm trying to set up and the 
optical drive I'm installing from.

Termination, drive parity settings, etc, have all been verified to be 
correct.

I can mount and access the 32430 when I've booted to the install media. 
I just can't boot to it.

I wonder, can I try manually setting up the IPL?
