[rescue] Ultra 5 OS

Last winter I rescued an Ultra 5 here in town. It's a 333mhz w/ 512mb
& 2 45 gb EIDE disks on board. I dug out my last Type 4 keyboard &
optical mouse & it comes up to the OK prompt just fine.

So now the question becomes which OS for this older (older says the
guy who used to just be happy with an IPX w/ 'Weitek Power Up' on
board...) system?

1) Solaris 10 recently got it's license Oracled.
2) Open Solaris - most recent version is apparently 6/09? Is this
project dead along with Sun?
3) I'm most famiier with NetBSD. Are either Free or Open significantly
better from a user perspective?
4) Anything else? (I wish my NeXT 3.3 disk would work but alas...)

I'm mostly just interested in getting it running as a playtoy - might
do some surfing, email & the like on it. Maybe a lisp system at some
point. Nothing major & certainly not an kind of production. Just
keeping an old system out of the trash.

Thanks!
William
