I still use my pismo although I've gotten a G4 in it.  Now I'm playing with some old Toughbooks.  I guess the throwout criteria depends on the person.  Still have my first computer, an old 1802 kit that used audio tape for storage and a TV for a monitor. One day they may go but not now :-)
