Yes, there was a RS CoCo OS9 and it had a mousy/icony/graphical interface.
A friend still has a CoCo running it. It was additional $$ and never
enjoyed wide adoption so it's probably very rare.

I used a different OS9 as an OS for a large (huge) automated page scanner.
It ran on a Motorola 68000 VME system. It was CLI only. It smelled an
awful lot like CP/M with a touch of MS-DOS.

And Apple may still offer free downloads of MacOS v9.
