[rescue] storage array won't power on

Well, having replaced the PS, I still have the same problem: The front 
panel flashes on for a second and then off. Apparently it's something 
aside from the PS. As far as I know there are only two other parts, the 
fan tray/front panel display and the mainboard.

I am trying to get a hold of those two parts. Is there something else to 
this that I have missed, or something else I should try?
