Qemu won't do what you need.  Sun4c and sun4d emulation
doesn't work.  There is no sun4 emulation. Sun4m emulation
sort of works but only good enough to run openbios to load
linux and some versions of bsd.  Qemu sun4m hardware
emulation is not good enough to run a real openboot prom
image and openbios and the sun4m emulation are not good
enough to run a sun os boot loader.

Qemu and openbios are open source so if you have the
skills and time to fix them, other people would appreciate it.
