If you are running solaris 8 or newer you can virtualize the machine in
a solaris 10 branded zone and set the hostid for the container to be the
same as your current host. This is what I did at work to phase out some
older license servers for software that is no longer being produced.
Plus a new T2000 can host many old ss20's.
