[rescue] Sun Ray desktop replacement or wide-scale implementation?

I tried to do this at a previous job (LANL) and evaluated them and had end
users give them a try.  The Sunray 1 (and whatever other models were current
at the time) were way too slow for the group I was supporting.  They were
okay in every aspect except streaming video -something my guys did in their
day to day.  I use them at home and they're fine for terminals, but don't
expect these older systems to perform well.

Now, a few years later, my former employer is rolling out the current
genration SunRay workstations in large scale because of past problems in
mishandling data.  My buddy just told me they're "awesome" and run dual
monitors and graphics are fine.  I'll chat him up about problems they're
seeing, etc. and will get back to you.  He's red-teaming these things for
the lab.
