   And Bob & Geoff, your suggestions of a 3-500Z are spot-on: those
things are really cool.

   I think I will continue scouring Ebay (thanks, Bob), as the
Providence area has shown little evidence of surplus shops. Anyone who
comes across something in your basement, don't hesitate to drop me a
line.
