[rescue] Looking for SGI Galileo video cable (and breakout box ?)

I have graphics boardset for my R4K Indigo 2 (non impact)
(FHV1/VB2/RU1/GU1) which includes the Galileo video board
(FHV1).

I can get a breakout box... but I can't locate a cable ?

Does anyone here have a cable, or a cable + breakout box ?

If so, what do you want for it ?
