[rescue] IOS 12.3 for Cisco RSP7000

I'm looking for a copy of the latest version of IOS (12.3) for a Cisco 
7000 with an RSP7000.  It looks like it's no longer available for 
download from Cisco, so I guess I'm stuck to finding someone else who 
has a copy.
