I'm answering 10-15 questions a day from people sending "help me" emails to
questions at machelp.org.  The G3 was donated (I paid cost-of-shipping) by one
of the "readers" so that I can dual-boot 10.2/10.3/etc and try to
duplicate/reproduce problems people have with the older OSes.  So, I'd like
to have as much RAM as possible.

I'd prefer a G4, but I takes what I can gets.
