I once bought a pallet of 21" Sun Trinitron monitors, with the  
intention of creating a 3x3 matrix display of them.  I had plenty,  
plus a few left over.

As you might guess, that was an unrealized project that had to be sold  
off / thrown out in 75lb increments.
