[rescue] Wanted: 23" to 19" rack adaptor plate things?

I think he is going to re-weld the rack, because everything going in it 
will be 19" . He has the shop to modify the rack. The odd part is, one 
of them was already hacked to hold 19" equipment.

He is going to move the rails in closer to each other.

(The racks were free, rescues if you will).
