[rescue] Dead SunBlade 150

I think I'm the second person to have a dead SB150 recently.

Mine died, & since it is a usb keyboard - out came the stand-by serial connect - and ""ouch"" -
RED STATE EXCEPTION 
errors filled the screen.

So first I replaced the memory.

Nope - same error.

So finally I found another processor - nope - (*^(%*&%&*^% - same error.

So I'm convinced (unless someone can otherwise educate me) that the MB has gone south.

Since it is cheaper to ultimately buy something else rather than try & fix this one - does anyone want any of the chassis etc before I throw strip it down for recycle & throw it out?
