Check out the RAM requirement for that MB:
"DDR266/200 registered ECC SDRAM 72-bit, 184-pin gold-plated DIMMs"
At Crucial.com, that is pricey ($1,800 for 12 Gig of RAM, $600 for 6 Gig of RAM)[0] - of course, there are cheaper vendors, but 2 Gig DIMMs from that era will be expensive no matter where you go, I imagine.
