No.  The 380 is much heavier and has strong rails.  The 360's do not  
use the same rails or cable management arm.  The 360 rails that are  
new have light blue plastic release tabs inside them.  The 380 rails  
are I believe all metal.  The 380 and 385 rails are identical.
